The DIGITEX 8/33 duel frequency generator is the perfect tracing partner for the DIGICAT 100 service locator. Either place the unit over the service to be traced and activate the induction feature to create a signal or where possible connect the DIGITEX to a valve, junction box, domestic distribution network or other access point of the conductor.

The Digitrace has a 30-metre metal detection wire with fibreglass rod on reel. The fibre-optic rod is pushed into the pipe or drain. until the Digitrace locks in, where the blockage accumulates. The Digitex signal transmitter is used to lay a detection signal on the cable, which is located by the Digicat.
